OCAW AEG DSG (2025) – Handcrafted Performance. Precision for Competition.

The OCAW AEG DSG (2025) represents the latest evolution of Umbrella Armory’s finely tuned gearbox systems.

Each rifle is hand-assembled and test-fired in Germany to ensure absolutely consistent performance and maximum reliability.

At its core is the Double Sector Gear system featuring a DSG 18:1 gearset capable of around 40 rounds per second at 1.2 J with 0.30 g BBs.

Combined with the Umbrella Armory 6.01 mm precision barrel, the CNC Blue Hop-Up Unit, and a carefully balanced air system, the rifle delivers tight, stable shot groupings at any engagement distance.

Electronics are handled by the PERUN Hybrid MOSFET with Hall sensor detection, providing an ultra-sensitive trigger response and fully programmable fire modes – from semi and full auto to burst and binary modes.

The entire setup is designed for maximum efficiency, reducing current draw and wear without sacrificing speed or responsiveness.

Externally, the OCAW AEG DSG is built from premium European-manufactured components.

The HERA Arms M-LOK handguard, precision-machined aluminum receiver parts, and carbon fiber suppressor create a professional and functional appearance that matches the rifle’s internal performance.

Every unit is laser-engraved, chronographed, and serialized before leaving the bench — the result is a true competition-grade AEG, exceeding standard factory builds in performance, craftsmanship, and durability.
